Biography of Susanna Kaiser:

Susanna Kaiser, nee Aign, was born in Bad Homburg v.d.H., Germany, 1968. She received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, in 1993. Since 1993 she is a Research Assistant in the Institute of Communications and Navigation of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. She has finished her Ph.D. in the field of error concealment and iterative decoding for MPEG-2 at the Technical University of Munich in the beginning of 1998. Her present research interests are movement models for indoor navigation, and communcation systems for the concentrating power solar forecast system.
